Levels of Research and Accreditation

Taunton Teaching Alliance aims to develop and support a variety of research which will include individual action research projects, small group and larger group projects. Research projects that are aligned to the direction of the teaching alliance and the Taunton Learning Partnership would be considered for part or whole financial support. The teaching alliance is open to cluster research ideas that would enable us to approach potential sponsors.

In addition, the alliance is open to opportunities for teachers to gain masters accreditation. The alliance would be able to foster and put bids together in support of accreditation. The core principle in providing support for accreditation is that there is an alignment of study and/or research with the direction of the teaching alliance. There is an imperative around sharing knowledge to develop and improve outcomes for learning across the alliance.
